Sizing and Capacity
• Inspected required source and riser valves.
Location/Labeling Valve Handles Locked or Secure
• Tested all area and master alarm functions.
• Inspected proper pressure switch and area alarm sensor locations.
• Inspected minimum of 12 inches Hg of WAGD at source and at each zone.
• Tested each WAGD inlet for maximum available flow rate SCFM.
All inlets shall draw 3.0 scfin without reducing the WAGD pressure below 12 inches Hg at any adjacent station inlet.
• Tested all WAGD zone valves for proper function, identification, and mechanical integrity.
• Tested each WAGD inlet for proper function, identification, adaptation, and mechanical integrity.
Identified leaking and or malfunctioning inlets
Identified inlets delivering substandard vacuum/flow rate
• Checked WAGD system components for proper installation (i.e.: Brazing, Labeling, Hanging, etc.).
• Checked for cross-connections.
